「もえるるぶ」のるるちゃんでおなじみの、風上旬氏。1月半ばにAkiba Angelsより発売予定のインターナショナル・コラボレーション同人誌「ネコミミ・プロジェクトVOL.1」にもキュートなキャラクターで参加して頂きました。今回は、風上氏の作品のプレビューを、チュートリアルを交えてご紹介します。

	はじめにラフを描きます。シャープペンシルは0.2mmや0.3mmのものを使います。これはラフをPCに取り込んだ状態です。

	別案です。足が描き足されました。

	先ほどのラフを元に、大体の方向性が決まりました。ここからはペン入れに入ります。

	私の場合は、PC上でクリンナップします。タブレットによる直描きです。薄くしたラフ絵を下に重ね、ペン入れをしていきます。このとき右手はタブレットペン、左手はキーボードを操作します。キーボードはphotoshop(CS)のショートカットを操作するのですが、特に鉛筆ツール(B)と消しゴムツール(E)は頻繁に替えて、描いては消し描いては消しを繰り返します。根気がいる作業ですので、たまに休憩をはさみながら行います。主線が出来上がりました。次は着色です。

	大まかに色を塗り分けます。レイヤー分けもこのとき行います。薄い色からだんだんと濃い色を上に重ねていきます。

	基本はアニメ塗りですが、ところどころはブラシでなめらかに塗ります。このときが一番楽しい作業です。

	着色が完成しました。髪の色等をより合う色へと変更してキャラクター部分はこれで完了です。あとは背景や最終的な効果等を描き入れて完成です。出来上がった絵を、しばらくボーっと見ます。お茶を飲みます。落ち着きます。
