Orient-Kougyou was established 30 years ago. In those years, the company kept pursuing
creation of female type doll. Today, we had a chance to visit its show room in Ueno, Tokyo.
There are three sizes for the doll. Their height varies from 140cm, 150cm and 155cm.
Those dolls are called "Candy Girls", and each doll has a unique series name. Below
are their series and characteristics.

Two kinds of Doll materials
Owner can choose from either Soft Vinyl or Silicon as the doll material. Silicon
is softer compared to the Soft Vinyl, and it feels closer to actual human body.
Soft Vinyl version is still soft compared to the regular vinyl material used for
normal figures, but is not as soft as Silicon. In addition, Silicon body does not
have the conjunction lines between body parts and the body seems more uniformed.
Soft Vinyl doll has visible conjunction lines between body parts such as the
lines you can find around the shoulder.
Silicon made doll has no visible conjunction lines and it has more natural looks.
Soft Vinyl made doll has some visible conjunction lines due to its production process.
Silicon made doll has elasticity for its bust, and squeezing them can give a
pretty realistic feel.
Head is customizable based on your preference
There are some options to doll head, and they all have different facial
feature / expression. Some of them look more matured while others look
youthful. What to choose is all depends on owner's preference. The head
is made of Silicon and it is 84,000yen. Also, there are more than 20
kinds of wigs which vary from short, semi-long, long and layered
hairstyle, and they are 14,000yen / each.
The mouth varies from closed to opened, and half-opened. The
opened mouth contains teeth which makes it look more realistic.
An interesting fact for the facial expression for the doll is that
all dolls have neutral expression. This is intentional. According
to the show room attendant, he says "The doll's expression comes
from the owner's inner emotion. It is all up to the imagination.
For an example, when the owner is feeling sad, the doll will look
like if she is also sad. When the owner is happy, the doll also
will look if she is happy".

Depends on the owner's emotion, the doll's facial
expression will seem to change.
A closed mouth model.
A half-open mouth model.
An open mouth model has well lined up teeth. It is possible that the owner performs deep kiss with the doll.
Doll has high degree of flexibility.
The doll's pose is not fixed. It has joints just like a human does. With Candy Girls, any pose is possible as long as the joint can support it. If you want to lay her on bed, she can stretch her body over. If you want to sit the doll on chair, her waist would bends. Also, joints around crotch are very flexible in order to perform variety of sex positions.
Crossing legs is very easily done. The doll is very flexible so that she can almost pose in any possible ways.
Three kinds of holes
There are three kinds of holes for "love making" play. Each hole has different characteristics and their depth and interior varies.

They are made of Silicon. Lotion is applied while love making play, in order to create a realistic sensation.
Even it is a doll, they wish to be treated like a real lady.
"Comfort" is the concept Orient-Kougyou has always pursued. The ultimate comfort can be received when you really interact with the doll with love and care. According to the show room attendant, he says, "Many owners of the Candy Girl really take a good care of the doll. We also receive many thank you letters". The buyer's age varies from young to old, with different reasons. Also, when the doll became unneeded, Orient-Kougyou takes the doll back. The company takes care of the process through creating the doll to taking back the doll (they call it "satogaeri", meaning "returning home").
They do not want to tread these dolls as "just sell and that's it". They really want to take care of them with love. In fact, many of the dolls which "returned home" look somewhat happy and satisfied. At show room, Candy Girls are being treated just like a real lady, and they look for owners who can treat them with care and love.
