HARO: Tale of the Western Country is a combination of Shisen-style puzzle, a tile game much like mahjong, and an adult RPG. In the Shisen-style puzzle portion of the game, the player attempts to score points by making pairs of tiles, then creating hands of tiles for points. The kind of hands and the points earned later translate into characteristics for the player and the ability to perform certain actions in the adult RPG portion of the game.
