Convention Report - Animania (Australia)

On the 29th of March, Mini-Animania took place at Sydney's Citigate Central. Don't let the convention's
title fool you - Mini-Animania was no mini event. To cover all the happenings, we needed to divide the
report into five segments. Grab a Lamune bottle and enjoy the ride!
Part 4 - Dressing up
The second I entered the main stage, the crowd erupted in applause. I thought the cheers were for me, but then I realised they were rooting for the cosplay competition. Let's take a seat and see what we've got.

That concludes the cosplay competition, but don't forget about the World Cosplay Summit (WCS)! In Mini-Animania, three pairs of cosplayers competed for a chance to enter the WCS:

The cosplayers expressed their desire to represent the country, which I found inspiring. In the end, the Black Blood Brothers and D. Gray-Man pairs passed the trial. But to me, they're all winners!
As the WCS Preliminaries ended, Mini-Animania also drew to a close. Thank you for reading - I hope I was able to simulate the experience for you. Hang around for part five - omochikaeri!.
