UNI is a creator mainly producing parody Doujin 18+ works such as BLEACH and Eureka Seven. (Though, as you can see many of his works are also for general audience) His recent work include "Mashmarow Cyuu" **Warning: 18+ only, which is a html / Java script based digital comics.

Q1:What kind of child were you when you were small?
A1: I was always restless. I lived behind mountain, and I often played hide and seek.

Q2: What made you decide to pursue the current career?
A2: I always get tired of things pretty quickly, but somehow I always liked drawing. When I was in middle school, I started to think making drawing as my career.

Q3: What are the characteristics of your drawing?
A3: People say my illustration has some wired tendency.
Also, my characters tend to have big boobs.

Q4: Which part of your image do you put the best thought into?
A4: Have the sense of "meat"!

Q5: Among all of your works, which one do you like the best?
A5: I like my CG compilation, "Gagaga Jiru".
It was my first time to challenge Lolita characters, and the work was well received.

Q6: What program and software do you use to create your works?
A6: Photoshop 6.0. I like the fact that it is simple to use.

Q7: What is the ultimate art for you?
A7: I talked about this topic with my friend before.
Maybe a piece of work that touches someone's soul, that makes someone laugh, or that makes someone cry, from the first glance.

Q8: Which part of the image do you start with? (Such as face line, background, etc)
A8: I start from the posing of a character. Depends on the pose, it might start from nose, eyes, and somewhere else.

Q9: Do you have any creator or artist you admire?
A9: My rival is this person who lives in my area. Lol.

Q10: Where do you get your inspirations from? (Example: from books, TV, etc)
A10: I get my inspiration from daily talks. I try to make wired conversation topics.

Q11: Do you have a goal in terms of creating works?
A11: I like keep working as it is now. Therefore, there is no goal.

Q12: What animals do you like?
A12: A lizard.

Q13: What is your blood type?
A13: O

Q14: How do you spend your weekends?
A14: Eat something yummy.

Q15: Do you have any sites you check everyday?
A15:Not particularly.

Q16: What is your hobby other than drawing?
A16: Building models. These days, I am into Mini-4 wheel cars.

Q17: Do you have any project you are currently working on?
A17: There is one Doujin Visual Novel game project I am in atm.

Q18: Message to creators outside of Japan
A18: Japanese Manga and Anime are very interesting in depth. The more you taste it, the better you can understand the depth of it...just like a Japanese sweet snack.

Q19: Would you accept work offer from outside of Japan?
A19: I am always accepting new work offers.
My English skill is not so good, but I have a friend around me who can understand English. Therefore, I might be able to accommodate.
Though, if we can communicate in Japanese that will be much better...
